Guest (via Skype): Bryan Boyer (We read two Helsinki Design Lab publications for March 15. Bryan Boyer was a member of that team. Check out his other work here.)
Methods Workshop: we’ll discuss processes for identifying the concepts that interest us, techniques for operationalizing those concepts, and strategies for identifying (or building) tools for evaluation and measurement
There are a thousand and one potential methods we could employ in our projects. Here’s a brief sampler of design-oriented methods that serve as a base for our collective consideration of methodology; we can then discuss methods specific to your individual and group projects.
